Wicked Wombat 2012 footage - look for Bermers!

Rolling Ground Jindabyne put on the second Wicked Wombat at the Bungarra Alpine Centre, just south of Jindabyne, NSW.

The Bungarra Alpine Centre is home to a trail network which contains over 19kms of single trails, a skills and pocket park, jumps areas, a flow trail and a pump track. The trails were designed specifically to offer a wide variety of options for all levels of riders, which makes them a fantastic place to hold an event like the Wicked Wombat.

Rolling Ground Jindabyne have held a number of local club events on these trails providing a relaxed and easy going atmosphere for all who attend. They pride themselves on providing a great course, great facilities and good times. Wicked Wombat 2012 was exactly that. A fun, relaxed event which although billed as a race, didn't feel like a race at all. Families, First Timers, Professionals, the event saw all levels of riders come out to bring in the New Year riding some great singletrack.

Comment by Christopher Giuliano on January 16, 2013 at 16:39: Canbaroo, I did it the year you did it and it was really hot (you were in a Baked Beans jersey, yes?). Try the Snowy Triple Trail which was held a few months earlier - the temperature was perfect.
