"Best Capital Punishment yet , how good was Kowen and Sparrow ? I did push too hard early , I am fitter than I have been for ages but have done no endurance work so the last 50 hurt . Stromlo was very tough going up but Skyline and Luge .... How good…"

"i have a spare, but i know my main light is going to die after and 1.5 hours max and don't fancy meeting the local wildlife with a dim back up light as my only protection. Besides gives me a week to get reacquainted with my bike ;o) Lx"
