I wonder how long ago that was taken? Not long after the fires? Things look a little bare (even more than now). And the track looks pretty fresh.

Definately the early days of SFP. Notice the stacks of dead timber early on & how new the track is.

The first video is Stromlo circa August 2007 - trees have grown a lot since then thats for sure.

The second video is circa 2002. First couple of single track sections were featured in the 2002 Mont (nee Scott). They were out the back above and the the east of Slick Rock - can't remember their names (if indeed they had any).

The next couple of sections were trails coming off the old Skyline.

The bit where they ride down the stairs is between Hammer Head and the Canberra Bridge. The Steps are still there (I think)

The big crash at about 6 minutes is the fire road above cardiac climb (above blue gums) - I call it Cardiac by-pass.

The final bit of single track (with track suit guy looking understandably ginger) is a trail near the stromlo road gate (or perhaps the next gate up). Its still there is all its steep water bar glory

Here is a video I took on Saturday at Stromlo. I'm afraid it's the stock standard descent! (Looks best if you up the resolution) - It's the first video I have taken with this camera. It only arrived from Jensen on Friday.
