I expect there to be tense and dramatic music against the backdrop of my dangerous struggle to turn my helmet light on whilst being chased by an axe wielding psychopath (aka Steve).

And the mental image of following a group of guys riding without their kits on will haunt me forever

I doubt I'll come off the bike at all.. Those Rubena tyres grip like glue!

New frame never hurts Chad, that way you won't even have to clean your bike after the race. But don't forget to wrap the new one in frameskin ;-)

I'm gonna put it out there Ben... On each person's last lap we hit that at speed and see what happens... I have a Giant so I'll probably get a new frame!

Nothing exciting!  It was just an anticlimax, maybe you had to be there to see the funny side, nothing to see here move along move along :)

Hmmm, what happened when Kris turned on her light? cnan't wait to see the footage :-)

Thankfully there is no footage of me adjusting my bar light while riding single track although Kris got to witness the results! :-/

 

Big thanks to Steve, Kris and everyone else that waited for Belinda and I at each major turn, it was Bel is still pretty new to MTB and this was her first night ride on singletrack so she was pretty nervous but she made it which is awesome :-)
