Ride/Event Description

***Flow Rollercoaster Round 1 is postponed by 1 week due to severe rain forecast this weekend - new date: 3 February***

This is a mountain bike event by Rocky Trail Entertainment, where you get shuttled to the top of the infamous Ourimbah trails and then you get to ride the unique all-mountain track all morning. All-mountain means that most of the track is downhill, not too technical, but challenging with a few bits of cross-country trails in between. Two race runs from 1pm onwards will determine the winner in each category (Elite and age groups offered).

All you need is your bike and speed weapon of choice. The fun, challenging and fast all-mountain tracks at Ourimbah will suit downhillers and cross-country riders alike.

With two more series races and a championship event, Rocky Trail will take you to awesome all-mountain tracks including Del Rio at Wisemans Ferry (17 March) and the new Thredbo Super-D trail (6 April)!

***Flow Rollercoaster Round 1 is postponed by 1 week!***

Due to huge amounts of rainfall forecast for Saturday evening and all day Sunday we had to make the tough decision to postpone the race by 1 week. The new date is Sunday, February 3. Your registration will automatically be transferred over. If you can't make it to this date please send us an email and we will transfer it to Round 2 at Del Rio.

It's always tough to make those decisions while it's still sunny and nice outside. We have been monitoring the trough that is going to hit northern NSW and QLD this weekend and hoped it would stay up there but more and more of it is forecast to hit our shores now. After consulting with the CCOMTB hosting club we made the only possible decision given the information we have at the time. Whilst rider safety is our main concern, this way we are looking after the track and your equipment as well.

We hope this gives everyone enough notice and to see you at Ourimbah next Sunday, 3 February for an awesome race!
