Don't need to take the kids to sport or swiming lessons on a Saturday morning or just need to get out of the house???

Then come for a pedal around Kowen & Sparrow for a few hours!

This will be a good ride for those of us who either haven't been able to train for a while (like me) or have left it a bit late to start training for CP & the Mont and have just realised how close both events are!!

I live just a few minutes away from the Canberra centre, near the ernst and young building. Maybe I could cycle to sparrow hill? What are the directions to there?

Comment by Nathaniel Peek on February 17, 2012 at 15:09: Hey Adrian, welcome to Canberra and to The Berm. Kowen is about 30 mins east of Canberra CBD. Do you have transport? If so follow the KIngs Highway East out of Queanbeyan and you will see a car park on the right hand side just after the speed limit goes back to 60kmh.
